RetroTeam Organization

You get to the Organizations Page by clicking on Settings

In RetroTeam an organization can have multiple teams. For instance

• Google (Org)
  • Search (Team)
  • Growth (Team)
  • Advertisement (Team)
  • Ai (Team)

Roles in Organization

• Admin
  • Can perform all the functions of a member
  • Have Access to payment
  • Can invite other members
  • Can delete a member
  • Can assign a member as an Admin
  • Can edit a member
• Member
  • Can view all the boards
  • Can delete and update board
  • Can create a board
  • Can be a facilitator of a board
  • Can invite participants to a board

Organization - General Settings

1. General Settings
2. Update Organization name
3. Delete account and organization
4. Invite and add new admins
   • You can add up to 4 admins to an account

Organization - Member Settings

1. Members settings
2. Invite Members
3. Edit members access menu
   • Change role from Admin to Member and vice versa
   • Remove user from the Organization
4. A list of Pending Invites - you can resend email to the users or remove them from the list
